Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals who have engaged in virtual communication with a significant other of long-distance, Young adults between 18-26 years of age, Participants who scored highest in the screening checklist for frequency, and those living far away from their significant other for the past 6 months will be recruited.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals who communicate virtually but still see their significant others on a daily basis, Romantic Partners and Spouses, and Non-English-speaking individuals will be exempt from the study.
