Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient admitted in ICU during the study period 2. Age more than 18 years 3. Expected ICU stay > 24 h
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: •Denial to participate in study •Patients with acute and chronic liver diseases, including hepatitis, hepatic cirrhosis, hepatic encephalopathy, hepatorenal syndrome, hepatic injury, or other chronic liver disease •Death within the first 24 h of admission •Discharged from the ICU within 48 h of elective surgery
