Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 All age groups with symptoms related to hypothyroidism. 2 Sex - Both sexes. 3 Undiagnosed and pre diagnosed cases of hypothyroidism. 4 Patients who will give their consent to participate in study with minimum six follow up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patient suffering from complications of Hypothyroidism. 2 Pregnant females, Post partum & lactating mother. 3 Patients who require emergency medical intervention. 4 Symptoms or history of thyroid carcinomas.
