Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 A diagnosed or first time diagnose case of DM 2 with blood investigation according to diagnostic test and including Symptomatic and Asymptomatic category. 2 In these Cases patients of any age and both sexes are included. 3 All type of socio-economic status patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Critical patient who have acute metabolic complication with known case of DM 2. 2 Patients with serious cardiac disorder, asthma or its previous history and other terminal illness.

To study the effectiveness of individualized homoeopathic medicine in DM 2.Timepoint: it will be assessed at baseline and at the end of 3 months of duration

To understand the clinical progress of DM 2 according to DM 2 criteria.Timepoint: 1 YEARS
