Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: moderate to severe dysmenorrhea (6-10) on walidd score recreational athlete regular menstrual cycle

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: musculoskeletal disorders, abnormal menstrual cycle, pcod, fibroids
