To observe and estimate emergence time in opioid based (fentanyl) general anesthesia along with scalp block vs opioid sparing (dexmedetomidine) general anesthesia along with scalp block in patients undergoing supratentorial surgeriesTimepoint: 18 months

1. To observe and estimate perioperative hemodynamic stability, in opioid based (fentanyl) general anesthesia along with scalp block vs opioid sparing (dexmedetomidine) general anesthesia along with scalp block in patients undergoing supratentorial surgeries. 2. To observe and estimate postoperative recovery (modified aldrete score post operatively) in opioid based (fentanyl) general anesthesia vs opioid sparing (dexmedetomidine) general anesthesia in patients undergoing supratentorial surgeries. 3. To observe and estimate patient and surgeon satisfaction, duration of the hospital stay in opioid based (fentanyl) general anesthesia vs opioid sparing (dexmedetomidine) general anesthesia in patients undergoing supratentorial surgeries. Timepoint: 18 months
