Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: COVID-19 infected Subjects. Both male and female. Minimal or no oxygen support

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals requiring ICU admission. Uncontrolled diabetes. Chronic Cardiac disorders. Known case of arthritis, malignancy Recent fracture or recent surgery Pregnancy
