Inclusion criteria: Patient with Diagnosis of Breast and Gynecological cancer presenting with pain to Radiotherapy OPD, Who will able and willing to provide Informed written consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients refusing to participate Unable to complete assessment because of obvious physical or cognitive impairment or having language problem.
