Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients above 18 years with acute zone 4/5 flexor tendon injury undergoing repair 2. The patient or caregiver should have access to a smartphone within the immediate family and understand how to use the App. 3. Patient and caregiver who can read and write Hindi and/or English. 4. Patient and caregiver who is willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age less than 18 years 2. Those who do not own smartphones. 3. Those who refuse to give consent. 4. Patients with immediate postoperative complication within two weeks of surgery
