Inclusion criteria: 1.all medical students in government medical college bhavnagar who are usine smartphone for a period of at least 12 months 2. who are willing to give written consent for participating in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. who are not willing to give consent 2. who are using smartphone less than 12 months
