Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: students B/W 8 to 12 years children who are engaged in other recreational activities along with study and who have had challenges in sleep maintenance for more than one months parents who can understand, read and write the English language children who have less than 6 hours of sleep

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: use of drugs that affect sleep rhythm insomnia due to any surgical procedure cardio-respiratory and another metabolic disease psychiatric disorders
