Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Hoehn and yahr scale score 3 and 4. Age group 45 to 65 year. Male and female both include. Had a prior history of one or more falls and or near falls in the preceding two years. No serious cognitive disorder (score >24 on mini mental state exam). No previous diagnosis of vestibular dysfunction

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Some Medication side effect. Physical disability interfering with their mobility. Other neurological disorder affecting postural stability. Disability in visual, auditory sensation and vestibular organs. Patient not want willingly participate
