Intervention1: Foam rolling and Isolytic MET: 5 minutes of warmup session followed by foam rolling to Hamstring for 1 minute, rest of 30 seconds and then repeat for another 1 minute. Control Intervent

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Football players with hamstring tightness having popliteal angle less than 160 degree. Competitive players playing from atleat 2 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Players undergone any lower limb surgery or a fracture injury within past 6 months. Players with neurological symptoms in the Lower Extremity. Players on oral Anti-inflammatory or Analgesic medications.
