Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Good oral hygiene Permanent premolars and molars with class 1 caries Caries lesions extending to dentine with ICDAS (International Caries Diagnosis and Assessment System) score of 4 or 5

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Deep carious defects Unerupted or partially erupted tooth Poor oral hygiene Heavy bruxism habit Periodontal problems Irreversible pulpitis Fractured or visible cracked teeth
