Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Recreational runners of 15 to 60 years of age. 2) Presence of active or latent triggers in the Iliotibial band. 3) Individuals willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)History of recent hip, knee or ankle surgery. 2)Patients with sensory deficits, vascular insufficiencies, skin lesions. 3)Patients currently undergoing physiotherapy treatment for iliotibial band syndrome.
