Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Individuals from 18 to 40 years of age 2) Gender- both male and female 3) Myofascial trigger points in upper trapezius (According to Simons and Travell criteria)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Any Cervical Radiculopathies, Fractures or Disc lesions 2) Whiplash injury 3) Any neurological conditions or sensory deficits 4) Trypanophobia (fear of needles) 5) Individuals with circulatory disorders
