Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All VLBW babies undergoing Tn-ECHO according to NICU protocol.All VLBW babies undergoing Tn-ECHO according to NICU protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe perinatal asphyxia 2. Neonatal encephalopathy 3. Major congenital malformation 4. Babies on drugs causing CNS depression
