Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Professional male Football players of the age group 15-35 years with playing experience of minimum 2 years and practicing atleast thrice a week.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of any musculoskeletal or systemic conditions or surgery within the past 6 months.
