Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: INCLUSION CRITERIA : 1 Age 11-16 years 2 Both Male and Female 3 Bilateral flat feet 4 Flexible flat foot 5 Hamstring tightness

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: EXCLUSION CRITERIA : 1 Foot pathology 2 Rigid flat foot 3 Post traumatic stiffness 4 Any surgery in foot and ankle 5 Any Neurological involvement
