Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 65 to 84 years, 30-sec sit to stand test Score greater than 8, Berg Balance Scale score greater than 40.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of Hospitalization within the last 6 months. If found risk according to Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire + scale. If a person fails to attend at least 10 sessions per week.
