Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with history of smoking more than 5 years. 2.Cigarette smokers.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Known diabetics and immunocompromised patients. 2. Patients with evident fungal or mixed infection. 3. Chronic rhinosinusitis and other sinonasal disorders. 4. Other occupational exposure. 5. Other forms of smoking and cocaine sniffing
