Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1- Those cases fulfilling the following criteria. 2- Patient opting for homoeopathic treatment for their illness. 3- Patient complying for regular follow up. 4-Patients who will written the consent form. 5-Patient of both sexes,age group 18-70 years. 6.Patients undertaking any other mode of treatment along with homoeopathic mode of treatment for some other illnesses.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.That does not fulfill diagnostic criteria. 2.Patients undertaking any other mode of treatment along with homoeopathic mode of treatment for insomnia. 3.Patients who have not written the consent. 4.Patients requiring emergency medical care. 5.Patients of insomnia associated with known grave pathological changes. 6.Patients who have participated in any other research study in last 6 months. 7.Recent major surgery.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To study the significance of antimiasmatic treatment in the patients of insomnia.Timepoint: Isomnia severity index will be used at day 1 and 3rd month to assess the the effect of homeopathic antimiasmatic medicine in the patients suffering from Insomnia. First follow up will be taken after 15 days of first visit to monitor the patient, further follow up will be taken every 15 days.

MeasureTime frame
TO study the effectiveness of homoeopathic medicine in the patients of insomnia. To review the homoeopathic literature Theory Of Chronic Disease with respect to insomnia.Timepoint: Insomnia severity index will be used at day 1 and 3rd month to assess the improvement of the patient suffering from Insomnia. First follow up will be taken after 15 days of first visit to monitor the patient, further follow up will be taken every 15 days.
