Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The study will be conducted in sixty patients , of ASA1 and 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients not willing to participate in the study 2.Patients who are allergic to the drugs used in this study 3.Contraindication(s) to peripheral nerve blocks such as local skin infection, coagulopathy, or bleeding diathesis 4.Preexisting neurological deficit or neuropathy in the upper extremities 5.Chest or shoulder deformities on the operative side.
