Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Cricket bowlers Glenohumeral internal rotation deficit(GIRD)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any Musculoskeletal injuries like (muscle & ligament injuries) since last 6 months. Back pain Upper limb Fracture Glenohumeral subluxation Glenohumeral dislocation Cervical spine pathology
