Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individual should not have major illnes like DM,IHD,HTN,Thyroid disorderetc individuals having IDRS score more than 60 will be included Person diagnosed as prediabetic as per ADA and RSSDI will be included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: individual having major illness like HTN, DM, IHD, Thyroid disorders will be excluded Individuals having IDRS less than 60 will be excluded

MeasureTime frame
rasa dushti and meda dushti will be assessed in prediabetes patientTimepoint: 6 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Majority lakshanas of rasa and meda dushti in prediabetes will be studied in detailTimepoint: 3 months
