Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA 1 and 2 Haemodynamically stable patients No comorbidities not on any cardiac related drugs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ASA 3 and more patients posted for emergency procedure patients with Major neurological,cardiac,respiratory,metabolic,renal,hepatic diseases with coagulation abnormalities Cardiac comorbidities Patients refusal
