Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1-ALL MALE PATIENT WITH SHUKRAKSHAYA 2-AGE BETWEEN 25-45YEARS 3-MALE PATIENT HAVING SPERM COUNT LESS THAN EQUAL TO 20 MILION/ML

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. All patients with Azoospermia. 2. Patients having K/H/O systemic illness such as diabetes mellitus, hyper tension, Hepatities, HIV, Congenital reproductive system disorders 3. patient having k/h/o STDs and diseases related to genitouninary track 4. patients having any surgical illness related to inguinoscrotal region.
