Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Judo athletes with more than 2 years of experience and a work out frequency of 3-5 days/week 2. Willing to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q)
