Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Judo athletes with more than 2 years of experience and a work out frequency of 3-5 days/week 2. Willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q)

Upper Limb Grip StrengthTimepoint: primary outcome will be assessed at baseline and post 2 weeks of intervention.
