Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients diagnosed with head and neck cancers with radiation induced trismus. Mouth opening � 35mm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with : Bellââ?¬•s palsy, trigeminal neuralgia, facial palsy Sensitive skin, radiation burn or active infection Participants with any previous history of trismus. will be excluded
