Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between18-60 years mTNS score > 5 Brief fatigue inventory score of Strength of the ankle dorsiflexors, evertors and invertors > 2/5 by Manual muscle testing Berg balance scale score of more than 20

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Given contraindication for WBV(instable osteolysis, acute thrombosis, foot ulcers, fracture of lower extremity in last 2years) Amputation Lower limb Abnormality of range of motion at the ankle that would prevent participation Central nervous system dysfunction (hemiparesis, myelopathy, cerebellar ataxia) Angina and other cardiac conditions Bed ridden cancer patients
