Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients aged 0-18 years scheduled for an MRI for diagnostic purposes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients >18 years of age 2. Premature neonates 2. Patients who are already intubated 3. Critically ill patients 4. Patients with nasal or cranio-facial fractures in whom placement of airway adjunct is contraindicated 5. Patients with anticipated difficult airway
