Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Badminton, Tennis and squash players between the age group of 10-18 years. 2) Male and female players playing since 1 year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any players with neurological or musculoskeletal injury in past 6 months which would prevent them from participating in the game.
