Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient with complaint of pain in maxillary teeth and mandibular anterior teeth and diagnosed to have inflamed or infected pulp and periapical tissues for which extraction is indicated.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Allergy to lignocaine. Patient who are taking medications that might influence anesthetic assessment. Patient unable to give informed consent.
