Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: a) Working women aged between 25-50 will be selected for participation in this interview. b) Salaried working women in organized sectors will be recruited as participants. Under organized sector, the selection would further be narrowed down to women working in service sector. c) This study aims to recruit the participants who fall under the purview of Indian Income tax i.e., those who have an annual income above five lakh.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: a) Male participants. b) Women who are unemployed. c) Women who are employed in unorganized and informal sectors. d) Women who are self-employed/entrepreneurs. e) Women who are not well conversant in English.
