Intervention1: Socio-ecological model by Bronfenbrenner: The intervention based on socio-ecological model will be given at four levels i.e. Individual, Interpersonal, Institutional, and Policy levels.

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: • Doctors practicing allopathic medicine in study health facilities • Doctors providing written consent for participation in the study.
