Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients of both sexes 2. Age group of 40- 79 years 3. Primary Knee Osteoarthritis will be included. 4. Diagnosed cases of Knee Osteoarthritis. 5. Undiagnosed cases of Knee Osteoarthritis using American College of Rheumatology criteria, supported by X ray as tool for investigation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Below 40 years and above 79 years of age 2. Recent Knee surgery within the last 6 months. 3. Severe degeneration of knee joint with marked joint narrowing varus or valgus deformity of knee, evidence by imaging intervention 4. Patient on intra- articular injection 5. Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis and Ankylosing Spondylitis 6. Alcohol and/or drug addiction or dependence. 7. Non ambulatory patients. 8. Patients with transplanted knee.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected that there will be a reduction in the WOMAC score in patients with knee osteoarthritis after taking Individualized Homoeopathic Medicines and also changes will be seen in knee x-ray. It is also expected that the treatment will limit the further progression of disease.Timepoint: 12 Months
