Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Chronic kidney disease patients above the age of 18 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Chronic illnesses as Tuberculosis, Malignancy, Retro positive, chronic Liver disease (CLD). 2) Patient not willing to give consent for the study 4) Sepsis 5) Neurological disease like cerebrovascular accident. 6) Pregnancy 7) Patients with known causes of Ischemic Heart disease 8) Patients with known causes of intraventricular conduction defects.
