Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18-25 years 2. BMI: 25 and 29.9 kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects on weight reduction medication 2. Any metallic implants 3. Subjects taking part in other physical activity 4. Any serious medical condition
