Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: � Young adults under 18-25 years � Both males and female tennis player � After 1-2 days of injury � Subjects who are fully conscious and willing to participate � Individual with pain in ankle Grade II ankle sprain � Tenderness restricted to lateral ligament � Swelling over the ankle

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: � Sedentary individual � Individual who does not play the game � Individual who are below or above age mentioned. � Individual with prior skin conditions � Individual allergic to adhesive tapes � Individual with open wound � Individual showing signs of infection
