Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals with osteoarthritic changes of grades 1-2 on knee radiographs (Kellgren and Lawrence classification) taken in standing posture. Individuals with unilateral or bilateral knee osteoarthritis Age: 40 years and above Both male and female Individuals who are willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with osteoarthritic changes of grades 3 and 4 on knee radiographs (Kellgren and Lawrence classification) taken in standing posture. Individuals with complications Osteoarthritis- Chondrolysis ,osteonecrosis, stress fractures, bakerâ??s cyst. History of hip and knee replacement surgery. Any neurologic and musculoskeletal condition which affect their movement or balance Comorbidities such as cancer, cardiovascular disease etc.
