Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.All patients with diagnosis of ischemic heart disease, as evidenced by a) Documented Acute Coronary Syndrome (Unstable angina, ST elevation/Non-ST Elevation myocardial Infraction) b)Chronic stable angina with evidence of coronary artery disease 2.Patients willing for Clinical follow up in the same institution.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: •Patients having a history of chronic alcoholism, concomitant liver or kidney disease and acute or chronic infection •Patients taking hypolipidemic drugs, oral contraceptives or hormone replacement Therapy •Patients with Clinical heart failure, LV dysfunction (EF •Patients with mechanical complications of MI during Hospital admission. •Patients on treatment for Comorbidities like Diabetes, Hypertension, Cholesterol •Patients unwilling to give informed consent
