Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients of pre diagnosed cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus. 2.Patients of pre diagnosed cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus with HbA1c levels 6.5 -9%. 3.patient who are willing to take treatment with regular follow up, who have signed the written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.patients with diabetic complications like diabetic nephropathy and cardiac manifestations will be excluded. 2.Gestational diabetes will be excluded from the study. 3.HbA1c levels more than 9% is excluded. 4.insulin dependant diabetes mellitus will be excluded.
