Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Primary caregiver parent of â??adolescents (Ages between 10-18 years) with mental illnesses and their child admitted at NIMHANS and who know Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil, English, and Hindi.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Parents who are currently diagnosed with serious mental illness or medical illness. subjects who are currently receiving structured Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Yoga and any other psychological therapies
