Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Police personals of either sex with symptoms like Stress, Anxiety, Depression (mild/modearte) Police personals of age group 22-58 years Able and willing to participate and provide signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe depression Acute traumatic conditions Police personnalson medication for psychiatric disorder Police personnalssuffering from any major illness requiring significant care. • Police personnalsnot willing for participation. • Police personnalsrequiring any emergency medical treatment.
