Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Person of either sex between 25-60 years of age. Person who will be ready to sign the consent form. Individuals having FBS level 101-130 mg/dl. HbA1C level between 5.7% to 6.4% is considered as pre-diabetic phase. Who is having family history of diabetes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Person below 25 and above 60 years of age. Pregnancy Any previous kind of surgical (less than 6 months to 1 year) history related to the site of these Marma Person who is dependent on any kind of allopathic medicines and drugs. Person already diagnosed with diabetes with FBS > 140 mg/dl
