Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Nurses working in tertiary care hospitals in covid and non-covid wards. 2)Nurses with work experience of atleast one year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Nurses who are actively undertaking activities to reduce stress/coping strategies.
