Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants of all gender will be included. Age group: 18 to 25 years. participants who are willing to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of any recent injury like fracture, ligament tear, ankle sprain, meniscal injuries in last six months or any other injury preventing the participants from participation
