Inclusion criteria: All patients who undergo elective and emergency surgery under general, regional anaesthesia or monitored anaesthesia care

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who refuse to take part in the study Patients shifted to ICU or HDU or on ventilator support Patients unable to express their opinion due to mental retardation, psychiatry illness etc
