Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Biopsy proven diagnosis of cancer 2. Advanced cancer patients in stage 3 or stage 4 of cancer 3. Advanced cancer patients receiving pain and palliative treatment at pain and palliative care clinic 4. Age > 18 yrs. 5. Patients with physicianâ??s prescription of analgesics and adjuvants to treat cancer pain and other symptoms 6. Patients having accessibility to Android phone 7. Patients willing to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients having symptoms such as pain, nausea, vomiting and constipation that is not related to cancer or cancer treatment 2. Life expectancy less than or equal to 6 months 3. Any known cognitive impairments or psychiatric illness 4. Patient or caregiver who are unable to read and understand English/Hindi language 5. Patient or caregiver who are unable to handle smart phone/mobile Apps
