Intervention1: albumin and torasemide: â?¢ AT group- inj. Albumin 20% 100ml over 4 hours two times 12 hour apart + inj. Torsemide 1mg/kg IBW diluted in 100ml normal saline over 24 hr infusion. Control

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ICU Patient post resuscitation (confirmed with IVC indices assessment & B lines) · Age >18 years · Resent onset AKI stage1/stage2 (as per urine output criteria of KIDGO classification) · HCO3 >14 mEq/L with pH >7.15 · K+

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: · Chronic Kidney Disease · Chronic Liver Disease · Chronic Heart Failure · Cardiac dysfunction- EF · Need for blood product and albumin before enrollment and after admission to ICU · Albumin >3 g/dL before resuscitation · Previous usage of diuretic in last 2 weeks · Pregnancy · Prior RRT · Obstructive causes of AKI · Expected death in 24 hours · Poisoning due to dialyzable drugs with AKI · Post organ transplant patients · IVC cannot be assessed
